Energy-and-IT campuses for ASIC miners and GPU servers, powered by gas. From land and gas pipeline to containers and commissioning — one accountable party.
You hold a plot and want infrastructure income. We turn it into an energy-and-IT site.
Gas field or surplus gas at site. Monetise it on the spot, no transport hassle.
Spare grid capacity or land at your plant — we add a mining or AI workload.
A turnkey project with predictable cashflow and a single accountable contour.
Plot, zoning, cadastre.
Pipeline, GRPSh, direct gas contract.
Gas-piston units, install, commissioning, service.
Power section, KTP, cable trays.
Modular 1 MW data-center blocks for IT load.
ASIC miners or GPU servers, firmware, pools.
24/7 dashboard, telemetry, ongoing ops.

Indicative ranges at 75 ₽/USD. Final estimate is built after a site audit and equipment selection.
Site, power, and gas analysis. Tailored feasibility study.
Engineering, approvals, budget.
Site works, engineering, gensets, containers. Transparent stage reporting.
Commissioning, handover. Optional ongoing operations by NODA.
Gensets on site. No exposure to grid tariffs and outages.
Modular DC block for ASIC miners or GPU servers. Hot/cold aisle.
Mining fleet performance at 10 MW with the M60S++ reference model.

A gas-fired site with a direct gas contract and full in-house infrastructure: gensets, substation, modular containers. The land is being re-zoned to industrial. We host customer hardware here and run our own technology stack.
Mining in Russia is regulated by FZ-221. We handle the FTS miner-registry filings, reporting, and compliance — you don't need to navigate the law on your own.
Minimum is 1 MW (one container, ~263 miners). It's a pilot site to validate economics; the model gets stronger from 5–10 MW upwards.
Baseline timeline is around 90 days from signing: pre-project ~2 weeks, design ~4 weeks, build ~8 weeks, launch ~2 weeks. Difficult sites and approvals can push it.
Land and site prep, gas supply (GRPSh, tap-in, PIR), Weichai gensets with install, substation and cable trays, containers, equipment (miners or GPU servers), commissioning, paperwork. Final scope after the audit.
Engineering and approvals are on NODA: gas TU, grid TU (if needed), fire-safety declaration, project documentation expertise, commissioning.
Yes. Containers fit both loads — internal wiring and cooling are tuned per task. Part of the site can be allocated to AI workloads.
Target SLA is 99.9 % at steady state. During launch and seasonal genset maintenance there can be brief dips.
Per FZ-221: NODA handles registry filings and reporting. Customers get a legal operating model from day one.
Yes. We discuss classic CAPEX, staged payments, co-investment, equipment buyout with extended terms. Final terms in the proposal.
